LOHAS Park Hemera
A private residential flat at LOHAS Park Hemera. Blue-grey and off-white set the tone throughout, edged with gold trim; the living room television wall is finished in marble-effect panelling with a light strip, and the main bedroom pairs an upholstered headboard with fabric wall covering, where the care shows in the detail.
White stone-effect panelling forms the core of the TV wall, with a blue ribbed panel above it edged in bronze lines; the glazed display cabinet on the left has concealed lighting on every shelf, and the corridor runs from the middle of the room into the bedroom area.
The whole wall is built as storage, with a round-cornered display niche in the middle, a stone-effect back panel and concealed lighting; dark stone weighs down the counter on the right, and a timber trim runs across to tie the upper and lower halves together.
Blue-grey frames the open shelves around a white stone-effect back panel, and a light strip turns with the corners; only a few books sit on the shelves, leaving more empty space than display.
The bed and wardrobe sit side by side, with off-white moulded doors and slim gold handles; beige leaf-patterned wallpaper marks out the bed head, and the window looks onto the water and the buildings opposite.
The wardrobe is built right up to the ceiling, with a dark blue-grey frame around off-white door panels; open shelving and drawers are set in on the bed head side, and a copper wall light hangs by the window.
The blue-grey upholstered headboard is divided into vertical panels, with beige leaf-patterned wallpaper above; the bedside cabinets on either side are edged in the same tone, and the switches and sockets are set neatly into the panelling.
A blue-grey recess is left beside the bedhead, lined with ribbed panelling and a single light strip; the counter holds only a black-framed poster and one dark blue piece, keeping the two shades of blue in the same corner.
The bed sits against the wall, with a long dark grey desk and cabinetry extending beside it; the glazed wall cabinets above reflect the window light, and a strip along the edge lights the work surface evenly.
The desk runs in a straight line against the window, a dark top over off-white drawers; a round fabric stool tucks underneath, and the distant hills and the city outside become the view from the seat.
The run is mostly off-white panelled doors, with a brass-framed glass display cabinet set into the end; each of its three shelves has its own concealed light, one holding a plaster figure and another a ceramic vase.
