A private residential flat at Festival City, Tai Wai. White cabinetry with marble-patterned finishes runs through the flat, with arched niches and light strips as the accent on the walls; the kitchen and bathroom carry the same marble pattern, edged with bronze trim.
White cabinetry wraps the living room, with a marble arched niche and concealed lighting left in the middle; the floor tiles and the cabinet doors share one colour family, which makes the room read wider.
A round pendant anchors the dining area, where a marble-patterned table pairs with brown leather chairs; behind it, an arched niche with a light strip becomes the focus of the dining room.

The kitchen cabinets turn the corner into two runs, the white doors edged in timber trim; marble-effect tiling runs from the worktop up to the wall units, with lighting hidden beneath them to light the work surface.
The marble-effect worktop carries on up the wall, with a black hob set into it; the contrast between light and dark is clear, and the surface is easy to clean.
A rose gold-framed glass shower enclosure divides wet from dry, with a white vanity and a mirror cabinet with a light strip; the metal lines match the edging used through the rest of the flat.
The vanity has white doors and an integrated basin, with a rose gold tap as the only bright note in the room; the floor is grey-white terrazzo, and large pale tiles carry along the wall to the door.
